How to Order if you are a Qualified Retailer
Quirky Bits-n-Pieces only sells in wholesale quantities to qualified retailers. If you are looking to buy Quirky Bits-n-Pieces products for yourself or as a gift, visit the appropriate shop directly on our site. We offer a variety of sculptural whimsical dessert stands to help you showcase your confectionary delights, or perhaps you are a craft lover or fiber addict who would be at home in our Craft Shop.
First Time Customers
Welcome! In order to set up your account, we need you to submit a completed Wholesale Application Form with your resale/EIN number. Please fill this form out completely. Any missing information will simply delay your approval process. Allow 1-3 business days for account approval. We take this part seriously as we only allow qualified retailers to sell our products. We appreciate your time to carefully supply this information to us, and we will do all we can to make your customer experience simple and quick so you can start selling Quirky Bits-n-Pieces product as soon as possible! Once we approve your account and login passcode, you are free to create and submit orders – lots and lots of them we hope!
First Orders Must be Prepaid
We can’t wait for your first order! For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or check. Using a credit card will expedite your shipment. If prepaying by check, allow two weeks for check clearance before product shipment.
High Resolution Product Images

USA & Canada – $300 USD opening order minimum
USA & Canada – $150 USD minimum re-order
Please check with us if you would like to order less than the minimum amounts; exceptions are possible. A handling charge will be applied to orders that do not meet order minimums.
Net 30 Terms on Approved Credit

COD or Drop Shipping
COD and Drop Shipping are not available.
Rush Processing and Expedited Shipping Charges
Any order placed that requires rush processing may be subject to a handling fee plus any expedited shipping charges. Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm transit times and fees.
Special Handling requests are subject to additional charges.
Getting your order on its way is our number one goal. Standard USPS shipping rates apply to all domestic orders, unless otherwise specified. International shipping available, VAT and other customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Quirky Bits-n-Pieces will utilize the most effective shipping method unless special routing instructions are included with your order.
Backorders will be shipped within 90 days of original ship date or be cancelled. All backorders under $50 will be automatically cancelled. Shipping will be charged on all backorders.
Returns & Exchanges
We promise to do our best to ship your order correctly. In the event there is a problem with your order, please notify Quirky Bits-n-Pieces within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for returns or adjustments. See below for details.
Damages or Defective Merchandise
Please notify us immediately upon receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise by email at email@example.com. Any and all claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Transit Damage Claims
Damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and its original shipping carton to verify damages arising from transit.
Canadian and Other International Returns
All merchandise is sold, as final sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Sales of Clearance Items Are Final
No returns or exchanges will be accepted
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Collections and Fees
Customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney and court fees as well as interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on any past due, unpaid balance. We charge $50 USD for all returned checks, stopped-payment checks and unjustified credit card chargeback’s.
Remember that products made from hand with locally sourced materials may vary in color and texture. These are not considered flaws and only add to the uniqueness of our handmade products.
